Enrollment
Payment for participation in Kimama camps must be settled in full upon registration by credit card (in full or installments) or by bank transfer. Payment by cash or checks will not be accepted for any amount. The registration will not be processed until all payment is received and camp registration forms are completed.
Non- Israeli resident campers must pay an additional payment for medical insurance in Israel in the amount of 380 NIS for the Michmoret camp, 290 NIS for the Galim camp, and 190 NIS for the Hof camp.
Without the insurance, the campers will not be insured and the responsibility for payment of medical treatment will be completely funded by the parent of the camper. In case the payments required for the camp are not made, the parents will be required to pay additional costs, including legal expenses and attorney's fees.

Cancellation Policy – Kimama Camps in Israel
In the event of cancellation up to April 1, 2026, the client will be entitled to a full refund.
In the event of cancellation after April 1, 2026 and up to one day before the start of the camp, whether initiated by Kimama or by the client, the client will receive a refund of 70% of the camp fee. This refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original payment or via bank transfer for any other payment method.
The remaining 30% of the camp fee will be retained as a credit for the client’s use toward any future Kimama camp, with no expiration date.
If only a deposit was paid, the deposit amount will not be refunded and will be retained as a credit for a future camp.
Kimama will automatically charge the remaining balance.
In the case of cancellation or departure on the first day of the camp or thereafter, for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy – Kimama Camps in Europe
In the event of cancellation up to two weeks prior to the flight to the camp, whether initiated by Kimama or by the client, the client will receive a refund of 70% of the camp fee. This refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original payment or via bank transfer for any other payment method.
The remaining 30% of the camp fee will be retained as a credit for the client’s use toward any future Kimama camp, with no expiration date. During the two weeks prior to departure for the camp, no refund will be issued except for reasons covered by the insurance company. Any such refund will be processed by the insurance company and subject to its discretion.
If only a deposit was paid, the deposit amount will not be refunded and will be retained as a credit for a future camp.

Cancellation Policy – USA Camps (Camp Half Moon)
In the event of cancellation up to March 1st, 2026, the client will be entitled to a full refund.
Until June 15, 2026, cancellation is permitted for any reason and will result in a 90% refund. The remaining 10% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
After June 16, 2026, no refund will be issued for any reason whatsoever, including medical or personal reasons.
Remarks
Kimama reserves the right to cancel the camp in the event of force majeure, war, security-related reasons, alerts, military tension and/or military action (even in cases where the Home Front Command or similar governmental authorities in the United States or elsewhere have not issued an order prohibiting the operation of the camp). In addition, the company reserves the right to cancel the camp in the event of a pandemic, including COVID-19, and/or directives from any governmental authority instructing the suspension of activities, or in any other circumstances beyond the control and/or responsibility of the camp management. In the event of such cancellation, the client will receive a refund of 70% of the camp fee.
The operation of the camp is subject to a minimum number of registered participants, as determined at the sole discretion of the camp management.
The operation of the camp is subject to approval by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.
The camp management reserves the right to change the camp location and camp dates as necessary.
The opening of a specific track or special workshop is subject to a minimum number of participants.
Any change to the camp dates is subject to availability.
Kimama-Beresheet Camp in New Jersey
• A minimum of 2 weeks registration is required; weeks don’t have to be consecutive. Changes can be made based on availability. • Conversion of weeks to Kimama-Bereisheet Israel can be made at no additional cost until June 30th, 2023 (only when also attending at least 2 week in Kimama-Bereisheet NJ). • A $300 deposit per family is required to secure spots and early bird/discounted rates in our online registration system. Deposit will be charged immediately after completing registration; the remaining balance will be deducted monthly based on your choice of payment plan and no later than the beginning of camp. • Full refund is offered for cancellations made before March 31st, 2023. • Adding weeks during the summer is based on availability; Requests must be made by Thursday of the previous week (I.e 4 days before the session starts). • Rates for additional weeks will be determined by the current price at the time of purchase. • Cancellations between April 1st to June 20th, 2022 must be made in writing via email; registration fee ($300) will be transferred as a credit for next year; The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. • Cancellations made after June 21st are non-refundable but can be used in full as credit for next year. • Starting June 27th and during the summer, cancellations of 1 week or more should be made in writing via email 14 days or more prior to the beginning of weeks being canceled; the remaining balance would be refunded to the customer if the notice was made in time. • $120/week charge will be added to families using our Manhattan or Hoboken shuttle service. • $100/week charge will be added to families using our Bergen County shuttle service.
