MY CHILDREN DO NOT SPEAK HEBREW, CAN THEY ATTEND THE CAMP?
All participants in the Kimama 14Y camp must understand the Hebrew language, since the activity in the camp is conducted in Hebrew only. Campers who are not proficient in the language may find themselves daily in situations where they do not understand what is going on in the camp. This is an unpleasant feeling, for the trainee and for the group and we want to avoid it. The training staff adheres to the camp procedures, and the training is done in Hebrew only.

IS THE POOL HEATED, WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DEPTH OF THE WATER, AND ARE THERE TOILETS AND SHOWERS NEARBY?
The site of the camp three pools not heated. They are treated with chlorine, and have a depth range of 2-9 feet . There are changing rooms on site ( including toilets and showers ). Each trainee will receive a towel and a swimming cap from us for swimming in the pool - no need to bring from home!

ARE THERE AIR-CONDITIONED AREAS IN THE COMPLEX?
Most camp activities take place in open fields and in nature among the trees, in the pavilion, and under shade . There are two medical centers which are air conditioned, and all the buses are air-conditioned also.

IN WHICH AREAS OF THE CAMP ARE TOILET CUBICLES LOCATED AND AT WHAT LEVEL? AIR-CONDITIONED?
For the benefit of the campers, we will set up a mobile toilet facility that will be adjacent to our activity area throughout the summer. In addition, there are other restrooms located throughout the camp, including in the area where we will conduct our activities in the auditorium (shows, ceremonies, indoor activities), as well as in the pool area.

WHAT ARE THE SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS IN THE COMPOUND DURING THE CAMP?
The camp has one entrance, which means that we control control anyone who goes in and out of the camp grounds. During periods of activity , no one will be allowed in without advance coordination with the camp director.

HOW MANY CAMPS WILL BE with us IN THE COMPOUND, AND HOW MANY CHILDREN IN TOTAL WILL ROAM THE COMPOUND?
The camp complex is huge in size and is divided into different areas and separate complexes scattered over the surface. In parallel with the Kimama 14Y camp, there will be three more JCC camps of the Jewish community in the area.

WHAT ARE THE PROPOSED SOLUTIONS FOR RAINY DAYS?
Camp has a lot of areas protected from rain, providing a perfect safe space for rainy-day activities: concerts, dances, group games and more. In addition , we will participate in activities that take place in indoor places outside the camp area, such as: movie, bowling, museum, go-karting and more

WHAT IS THE DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER OF THE CAMP TO THE POOL AND THE SHADED areas?
All activities of the camp are located within a 5-10 minute walk from shaded areas Kimama 14Y.

WILL MOSQUITOES / INSECTS BE SPRAYED IN THE CAMP COMPOUND BEFORE THE CAMPERS ARRIVE?
The activity are of Kimama 14Y with be treated several times. With this , we are asking parents to apply a cream or spray repels mosquitoes.
